Working with Professor Rohini Pande, I am actively involved in projects focused on understanding and improving women's mobile access to improve economic outcomes for women in developing countries.

• Assisted with a controlled experiment conducted to study persistent vertical gender segregation in firms and organisations.

Research Assistant | Supervisors: Professor Asad Islam, Associate Professor Choon Wang, Professor Mita Bhattacharya, Associate Professor Vinod Mishra

• I have been involved in projects across the following areas: Energy and environment, Health and COVID-19, and K-12 education.

• My responsibilities included but were not limited to the following:

  1. Cleaning census, survey, and administrative datasets to create indicators required for analysis. 

  2. Writing well-documented and reproducible code for data cleaning and analysis. 

  3. Supporting primary data collection by participating in survey questionnaire design, and liaising with implementation partners. 

  4. Assisting in the development of grant applications, policy briefs, white papers, and other writing and editing tasks

  5. Provided assistance in statistical analysis, data visualization, and other analyses as required by the project. 

  6. Conducting literature and systematic reviews.
