Rental Terms & Conditions

• Pre-payment Required: The rental service requires full payment for the contracted period in advance.

• Return Time & Tolerance: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for returns. After this, additional charges will apply based on the extra time elapsed.

• Customer Responsibility: The renter is fully responsible for the proper use, care, and preservation of the equipment throughout the rental period.

• Non-Return Policy: Failure to return the bicycle will result in a compensation fee based on the bike’s value.

• Damage Fees: Any damage to bicycles, accessories, or equipment will incur repair or replacement costs.
