1.1 This document supplements the main Terms and Conditions and governs the classification, allocation, management, withdrawal, and representation of donations linked to fundraising Pages hosted on the Helping Hands United Platform (“Platform”)
1.2 By creating, managing, or using a Page, the Page Owner agrees to comply fully with these extended Terms without amendment or exception.
1.3 These extended policies encompass fund handling, payment procedures, and related operational governance.
2.1 The Platform exists to facilitate voluntary charitable support for causes from developing and third world countries, groups frequently marginalized by mainstream platforms. By providing this connection, we strive to empower those who are most in need but least seen, offering them a genuine chance to be heard and supported.
2.2 The Platform Administrators operate on a strictly non-profit basis and do not charge fees, commissions, or deductions from funds directly transferred to Page Owners’ designated cryptocurrency wallets.
3.1 Donations are classified into:
(a) Online Donations: Funds contributed via the “Donate” button or direct cryptocurrency wallet transfers.
(b) Auto-Increment Funds: Nominal monetary representations allocated internally by the Platform Administrators to simulate progress or incentivize engagement.
4.1 Allocations of Auto-Increment Funds are at the discretion of the Platform Administrators.
4.2 These funds serve solely to motivate donor participation, illustrate campaign activity, and prevent page dormancy.
4.3 Auto-Increment Funds remain the exclusive property of the Platform Administrators unless expressly released.
4.4 No enforceable claims or ownership rights arise for Page Owners absent explicit approval.
4.5 Decisions to release or withhold such funds consider the cause’s authenticity, verification, and absence of misrepresentation.
4.6 The fundraising progress indicator reflects an aggregate of duly verified Online Donations alongside Auto-Increment Funds, the latter being platform-allocated amounts solely intended for engagement facilitation and visualization; accordingly, the displayed aggregate shall not be construed as an assurance, commitment, or guarantee of actual fund availability or disbursement.
4.7 Auto-Allocated Funds may, at the sole discretion of the Platform Administrators, be converted into monetary disbursements for a limited number of selected individuals following verification of the cause’s urgency, legitimacy, and absence of fraudulent or selfish intent to misuse platform support.
5.1 The “Donate” button may default to routing through Platform-administered wallets to streamline operational processing and ensure security.
5.2 Page Owners may request direct wallet linkage, subject to approval based on compatibility and operational security.
6.1 Acknowledgment notifications for Online Donations are issued to Page Owners upon verified receipt.
6.2 Online Donations are redirected automatically following verification; explicit withdrawal requests are not required.
6.3 Withdrawal options apply exclusively to Auto-Increment Funds and are subject to approval by the Platform Administrators after review.
6.4 Disbursements of Auto-Increment Funds occur via secure, single-use mechanisms.
6.5 Withdrawal URLs, which will appear in a similar format to https://sites.google.com/view/helpinghandsunited/TRANSFER-YOUR-FUNDS, are uniquely generated and provided only upon formal authorization. It is strictly advised not to use the above illustrative link for withdrawals, as it is non-functional, and to use only the authorized URL provided to you.
7.1 Additional documentation or third-party verification may be requested to validate causes.
7.2 The request page can be removed if the Page Owner no longer requires support and an official request must be sent via email.
7.3 Fraudulent or misleading claims may result in immediate Page removal, fund forfeiture, and legal reporting.
8.1 The Platform Administrators disclaim any guarantees regarding donation volumes or fund release timing.
8.2 No liability is accepted for wallet errors, third-party service failures, or blockchain delays.
8.3 Page Owners indemnify the Platform Administrators from claims related to Platform use or fund handling.
8.4 Decisions of the Platform Administrators on fund matters are final to the extent permitted by law.
9.1 Fundraising activities and donation receipt must comply with applicable laws.
9.2 Page Owners are responsible for all legal obligations related to tax, reporting, and anti-money laundering compliance.
10.1 By operating a fundraising Page, the Page Owner acknowledges understanding and acceptance of these Terms and the authority of Platform Administrators regarding fund classification, allocation, and disbursement.
