FamilyGrowth Account Deletion and Termination Guide
Thank you for using the FamilyGrowth app. We are sorry to see you go, but we understand your decision to delete your account.
At FamilyGrowth, we prioritize your privacy and data sovereignty. When you choose to delete your account, your account information and associated data will be processed securely according to the procedures outlined below.
You can delete your FamilyGrowth app account directly within the app.
Step 1: Access Your Profile
Launch the FamilyGrowth app.
Tap the [My Profile] icon at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2: Enter 'Settings'
From the 'My Profile' screen, tap the [Settings] menu.
Step 3: Select 'Delete Account'
On the 'Settings' screen, tap the [Delete Account] button located at the bottom.
Step 4: Confirm Deletion
A warning pop-up will appear: "Are you sure you want to delete your account? Deleting your account will permanently remove your data and preferences." After reviewing the message, tap the [Delete] button to confirm your account deletion request.
Please review the following points before proceeding with your account deletion request:
Immediate and Permanent Data Deletion: Upon confirmation of your account deletion, all personal data associated with your FamilyGrowth account (including profile information, content viewing history, notification settings, comments, favorites, etc.) will be immediately and permanently deleted. This data cannot be recovered.
Loss of Service Access: After account deletion, you will no longer be able to access any features or content within the FamilyGrowth app (including news, articles, insights, personalized content, etc.).
Subscription Information (If Applicable): FamilyGrowth is currently a non-profit app and does not offer paid subscriptions. (If paid features or subscriptions are introduced later, you would add: "If you had any paid subscriptions within the FamilyGrowth app, please note that you must cancel them separately through the App Store/Google Play Store. Subscription cancellation is handled independently of account deletion.")
Re-registration: You are welcome to register for a new FamilyGrowth account and use the service again at any time after your account has been deleted. However, please be aware that your previous account's data will not be restored.
Legal Retention Obligations: In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, certain information (e.g., e-commerce records) may be retained for a legally mandated period. In such cases, this information will only be used for purposes stipulated by law.
