These are the only providers who offer 5G home broadband :-

EE: Offers 5G in almost 300 cities and towns in the UK.
Use EE’s coverage and network status checker(opens in new tab) to see if you can get 5G connection in your area.
Vodafone: Offers 5G in more than 150 cities and towns in the UK.
You can check if Vodafone offers 5G connection(opens in new tab) in your area.
N.B. Providers such as Sky, BT and Tesco Mobile offer 5G but they piggyback the above services.

It explains the Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and related system updates, then the UI [User Interface] level that is maintained by Google for qualifying Pixel series [as well as similar changes from other suppliers like Samsung], then the 'feature drop' that is specifically for Pixels, at least at first.
