Sometimes the easiest of actions can be easy to forget and sometimes hard to find
Navigate to the home screen of your Fire TV device.
Press right on your remote until you are positioned at the Apps section of the menu.
Press down on your remote control to enter the Apps section, and then use the directional pad to find an App you're interested in.
With Get selected, press the button in the centre of the directional pad.

The presenter quickly walks you through his first FileLinked "Shop" that he calls his Support Channel [as it's all to do with looking after the running of your device - you require the access code of 11111111 to enter the Shop] and then shows you some essential set up tasks.
You need to begin by unlocking your device
Then you need to install the Downloader App from the Amazon Store.
Next you use the Downloader App to find and install the FileLinked App [from get.filelinked.com]
The presenter then takes you to his second FileLinked "Shop" [access code 22222222] that requires a PIN code of 4754 when you access it for the first time. This is an App Review Channel where he maintains [which is important] lots of entries for popular TV & Movie Streaming Apps.
There are a couple of handy things mentioned in some of the videos featured on this site that you may not already know ...
(1) Always use the 'back button' to exit an App which will have the effect of closing it properly and releasing resources. Just pressing the 'home' button will take it off screen but will leave it running in the background.
(2) Press and hold the 'home' button [for about 3 seconds] as a shortcut to bring up a small menu from which you can put the device to sleep.
