Join Eve for a "Movement for Healthy Aging" session. Each session blends a variety of movement techniques including Hatha Yoga, Qi Gong, body and breath awareness, and postures that are accommodating all designed to maintain, restore and protect health as we age.
The sessions can be in a group or individual format. Sessions are available privately, in person, live streamed, or recorded.

Eve’s Nurse Educator experiences include administration of allied health programs, clinical practice in acute care settings, curriculum development and instruction, cultural competency training, global service learning, and media outreach. She has worked globally with teams of healthcare providers and educators to develop health promotion programs, and progressive pathways to higher education and employment.
Eve has been a Lecturer, Lead Faculty, and Clinical Instructor in Registered Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Home Health Aide Programs in Community Colleges and Universities. She has taught Fundamentals of Nursing, Advanced Medical-Surgical nursing, Pediatric Nursing, Physical Assessment, Dosage Calculations, and Multicultural health and Healing Practices.
Eve Adler teaches Yoga courses as Adjunct Faculty in the Kinesiology, Athletics, and Health Science Division of Cypress College. Her courses introduce students to Beginning Yoga, Intermediate Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Hatha Yoga.
Eve is also an Ambassador for the Accessible Yoga School serving as a mentor for Accessible Yoga Teacher Trainings. She
teaches Yoga classes and continuing education workshops on Yoga and Aging.
She is certified in the delivery of online instruction and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.

In today's episode, we dive into the world of holistic healing for brain health with Eve Adler. She is a member of the Artists Council at the Artists Center in Palm Desert, CA, and The Borrego Art Institute in Borrego Springs, CA.
Her particular interests include Abstract photography, Macro photography, Contemplative photography, and creating triptychs.
