On Arrival (O/A)

• Initial Contact: Crew contact & greeting

  • Contact Attempts & Delays

• Environment: Hazards & State

  • Immediate Hazards / Appeared Safe?

  • Clutter

  • Disrepair

  • Unkempt Environment

• Patient: Location & Appearance

  • Location (Where is the patient)

  • Alertness (Are they alert?)

  • Speech (Are they conversing?)

  • Appearance (Looks well / unwell / colour)

  • Immediate Concerns (A-C)
