Welcome to a New School Year

This is going to be a great year. I am super excited to be a part of your child's education. I am looking forward to working with you and your child. Together we can make this a successful year for your child.

This year is going to be very different than a normal start of school. We will be embarking on a journey of 100% distance learning. This is going to something new for your child and me as well. Each day I will be providing lessons and activities for your child to complete. All completed work will be due by Friday. We will be having daily Zoom meetings as well. Attendance and participation in activities/lessons is counted.

We will need work together as a team to make this work. I recommend setting up an area for your child to work at. Keeping routines/schedules consistent is helpful for students. Please give your child praise for his/her efforts and participation. I would recommend breaking the activities up into small chunks and giving breaks often. Movement breaks will be beneficial. Remember we are a team so at anytime if you need help with anything please reach out to me.
