Health and Medical Information: Patient medical history, treatment plans, prescriptions, dental records, walk-in statuses, and related health information necessary for clinic management.

To facilitate account creation and logon process: We use your phone number to authenticate doctors, receptionists, and clinic staff.
For App Functionality: To manage appointments, track patient walk-ins, create treatment plans, and generate prescriptions.
To manage user accounts: To keep your clinic's database secure and organized.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or medical information to third parties. The data collected is strictly for the internal use of the specific clinic utilizing the App. All data is securely stored and is only accessible by authorized personnel of the respective clinic.
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal and medical information. All user data, including sensitive health information, is encrypted in transit between the App and our secure servers. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Users (or patients via their clinic) have the right to request the deletion of their personal and health data. To request data deletion, please contact your clinic administrator or contact us directly using the information below.
The App is designed for use by clinics and healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
