HelloRAI (“the application,” “we,” “our,” or “the service”) is committed to respecting user privacy and handling data responsibly, securely, and transparently.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The application collects only the minimum data required for core functionality:

Temporary nickname

Display and identify the user within the app

Device identifier

Restore in-app purchases and free time allowances

Microphone audio

Process voice recognition

Temporary Nickname

Device Identifier

• Used to maintain access to free features and purchased content.
  
  

• Allows restoring access even if the app is reinstalled.

Microphone Access

• Required to allow voice interaction with the assistant.
  
  

• Audio is not recorded, not stored, and not used for training models.
  
  

• Audio is processed only to convert voice to text and to generate responses.
  
  

• Users may revoke microphone permission at any time through device settings.
  
  

2. TTS (TEXT-TO-SPEECH) PROCESSING

HelloRAI uses the following speech synthesis models:

• es-US-Chirp3-HD-Zephyr

• es-US-Chirp3-HD-Puck
  
  

• es-US-Chirp3-HD-Kore
  
  

These models are used only to generate spoken responses from the assistant:

• Text sent for voice generation is not used to profile users.
  
  

• Data is not stored by HelloRAI permanently.
  
  

• Processing occurs solely to return the requested audio output.
  
  

3. ADVERTISING

HelloRAI displays ads to support free features of the app. We may show:

• Fixed banner ads
  
  

• Interstitial ads
  
  

• Rewarded-video ads
  
  

Advertising providers may collect non-personal information such as:

• Device model
  
  

• Device language
  
  

• Approximate location (derived from anonymized IP)
  
  

• App and ad interaction metrics
  
  

Removal of Ads

When the user completes any in-app purchase, ads are removed from the app experience.

HelloRAI does not sell, rent, or commercially trade user information.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES

The application includes optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing for:

• Additional features or extended usage time
  
  

• Access to premium content
  
  

Google Play processes all financial information.
HelloRAI does not have access to or store credit card, banking, or payment details.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Nickname

Replaced when user enters a new one

Voice audio

Destroyed immediately after processing

Device identifier

Retained while the application remains in use

Users may request deletion of any stored data related to their device via support contact.

6. DATA SECURITY

We implement reasonable security measures to protect information during transmission and processing.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Use of the app is at the user’s discretion and risk.

7. DATA SHARING AND TRANSFERS

HelloRAI does not sell or rent personal data.

Data may be shared only with essential service providers used for:

• Voice recognition and TTS processing

• In-app purchase validation
  
  

These providers operate under their respective privacy and legal compliance policies.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
