This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Hello Bangladeshi LTD, an independent developer entity, ("we," "us," or "the Company") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Mind Match Pro mobile application (the "Service").
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with global data protection regulations, including the Google Play Developer Policy. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We DO NOT directly collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number. However, we collect and process the following types of data, primarily through third-party services or local storage, for the purposes of service improvement, functionality, and monetization.
A. Device Identifiers We collect IP Address, Advertising ID, Device Type, Operating System Version, and Language Settings. This data is used for diagnostics, security, fraud prevention, and displaying personalized or non-personalized advertisements.
B. App Usage and Performance We collect in-app activity (levels played, duration, features used), Application Diagnostics, and crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics. This is used for analyzing user behavior, troubleshooting errors, and optimizing application stability and speed.
C. User-Provided Profile Data We collect and process data you voluntarily provide or generate within the app:
User Profile Name (Username): This is collected and stored locally on your device (via SharedPreferences) for the purpose of displaying your profile within the game and generating shareable content.
Avatar Selection: The user-selected emoji avatar is collected and stored locally on your device for profile display.
D. In-App Game Data We collect and store your User ID (generated by Firebase/Google Play), highest score, level progress, coin/gem balance, and purchase status (e.g., ad-free subscription status). This data is essential for saving game progress via Firebase Firestore, running leaderboards, and ensuring continuity of features across devices.
E. Financial/Transaction Data We collect Transaction IDs and purchase product names. We do not collect or store your sensitive payment details (such as credit card numbers). This data is used solely for processing and verifying in-app purchases and subscriptions via Google Play Billing.
We integrate trusted third-party services into our app to provide core functionalities, monetization, and analytics. These providers may collect data pursuant to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies.
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Used for monetization through the display of advertisements.
Google Analytics for Firebase: Used for analyzing user interaction, optimizing game design, and tracking key metrics.
Firebase Crashlytics: Used for collecting real-time crash and diagnostic data to maintain app stability.
Google Play Billing: Used for processing and verifying all in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Google Play Services (Auth, Games): Used for user authentication, cloud saving, leaderboards, and achievements.
This section details how we manage data for advertising, especially in compliance with regulations like the GDPR:
Consent Management: For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and certain other regions, we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage consent regarding the use of data for personalized advertising.
Ad Serving: If a user consents, personalized ads may be shown. If a user declines, only non-personalized ads will be displayed (or no ads, depending on the status of any ad-removal purchase).
SDK Initialization: We ensure that the Google Mobile Ads SDK is initialized only after the user's consent status has been determined, as required by Google’s EU User Consent Policy.
Users can manage their advertising preferences at any time through their device settings.
Data Security: We implement commercially acceptable security measures (such as encrypted data transmission via Firebase) to protect the data entrusted to us. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children's Privacy (COPPA): Mind Match Pro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have mistakenly collected such data, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

Although we plan to incorporate as a registered company in the future, we maintain the following active online presence, which serves as our public contact point and developer identity:

Data Retention: We retain your in-game data (scores, progress, purchase status) for as long as your Mind Match Pro user profile exists or as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations. Locally stored profile data (Username and Avatar) remains on the user's device unless the app is uninstalled or the app data is manually cleared.
Your Rights: You have the right to request access to your game data and to request the permanent deletion of your entire Mind Match Pro user profile. Note that deletion of locally stored data (Username/Avatar) must be done by the user clearing the app's local data/cache or uninstalling the app. To exercise rights concerning server-side data, please contact us at the email address provided below.
Changes to This Privacy Policy: We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
