I am the Research and Evaluation Manager at Chinese for Affirmative Action, where I manage a portfolio of research that supports Asian American communities, immigrant families, and multiracial democracy.

My research has been supported by grants from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and J-PAL. I was a National Science Foundation graduate research fellow, Malcolm Hewitt Wiener Ph.D. Scholar in Poverty and Justice at the HKS Multidisciplinary Program on Inequality and Social Policy, and a Graduate Affiliate of the Institute for Quantitative Social Science.

I worked as a research assistant at the NBER and Urban Institute before starting my Ph.D. I received my Ph.D. in Public Policy in the Economics Track from Harvard University and a BA in Public Policy from Duke University.
