I am the Research and Evaluation Manager at Chinese for Affirmative Action, where I manage a portfolio of research that supports Asian American communities, immigrant families, and multiracial democracy.Â
My research has been supported by grants from the Jameel - Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) and the Access to Justice Lab. I was a National Science Foundation graduate research fellow, Malcolm Hewitt Wiener Ph.D. Scholar in Poverty and Justice at the HKS Multidisciplinary Program on Inequality and Social Policy, and a Graduate Affiliate of the Institute for Quantitative Social Science.
I graduated magna cum laude from Duke University in and worked as a Research Assistant at the NBER and Urban Institute before starting my Ph.D. I received my PhD in Public Policy in the Economics Track from Harvard.
