We are a local non-profit here in Odessa Mo. Our mission here at Helen’s House is to provide clothing every 60 days, free of charge. To women & school aged children in need.

All items are donated, our only requirement is that the  Undergarments are new. We offer 2 complete outfits, 4 undergarments, & 2 accessories. 

We host several events during the year:

 Back to School we offer 3 outfits, 4 Undergarments, 2 accessories & a Pair of NEW shoes.

Our first annual Pillows with love, where each child will receive a new pillow & a homemade pillow case they choose. Something to call their own.

Residency in Odessa, Bates City, Mayview, Napoleon & Wellington are our requirements. If you are in need please give us a call.

In May 2019, Brenda (Our Founder) wanted to open a boutique to help those needing clothing assistance. Brenda grew up in Independence, MO. Growing up her mom  Helen would host many gatherings, she loved to bake, and crochet. She always enjoyed a houseful of laughter & fun. All the neighborhood kids & families would stop over for a quick snack, advice, or just a hello. Helen was very welcoming & enjoyed feeding everyone. Her heart was full. 

Brenda Chose to name the boutique after her mom's passing as a tribute to her mom's kindness & welcoming spirit to continue to help the community in need of clothing & a friendly place to stop into.
