On Heimfold, a year is calculated as being 120 days in length, with standard 24 hour days. Each season is dedicated to one of The Artificial Gods.
Winter = Dark - Freezing
Spring = Thawing
Summer = Shine - Building
Fall = Winds
Feast of the Longest Night – A feast that is used to celebrate the ending of the Dark Season and the passing of the longest night.
Ascension Day – Celebrating the first time Aqua resurrected a follower of her faith.
Blessing Day – All followers of Aqua go to their local shrines and pray for blessings upon their neighbors for the rest of the year.
Gift the Masses –All followers of Aqua go out and find a random stranger to aid.
Ice-break Feast – A celebratory day where winter is officially declared as being over.
Sowing Day –Planting crops occurs throughout the lands.
Brawl Pass – A day of clean, fair, non-lethal fighting and betting.
Craftsman’s Fair – Followers of Ignis work on their crafts and give them freely to others to give them inspiration to create.
Justice Fall – Any creature who was sentenced to death or corporeal punishment is given their due. Any who were wrongfully jailed or punished get a stipend for a year.
Seekers Boon – Dedicated to scholarly pursuits, those who seek knowledge will find any collection of books or repository of knowledge opened to them.
Feast of the True – Those who purify their sins at a temple and confess their crimes in exchange for penance and absolution from minor crimes or offenses are rewarded with a meal.
Treaty Day – The day that celebrates the peaceful end of the Drekfen Empire, and the emergency of the Holy Empire of Drekfen.
Settler’s Vigil – All worshippers of Terra go out and patrol as far as they can to clear the countryside of creatures that would cause harm to society.
Architect Day – The start date for groundbreaking new constructions.
Competition Day – A day of tests that evaluate skill, strength, knowledge, or any other variety of aspects of prowess a person may have. Normally prizes are given out to winners (if a contest can have a winner).
Protector’s Blessing – A day of contemplation where a worshipper builds a simple wooden structure and then places it outside of a city as a shelter for those without homes.
Freedom Day – Followers of Caeli go out into the wilderness and do the things they have wanted to do all year but restrained themselves from doing, unimpeded by societal expectations.
Fantasia – A day where creatures are encouraged to perform some skill in public for recognition, self-fulfillment, or profit.
Harvest Day - The crops are harvested and stored up for the Dark and Freezing Seasons.
The Wind’s Embrace – Followers of Caeli go out into the wilderness and move as quickly as they can and as far as they can; demonstrating their speed. Races are also held on this day.
Carnival of Umbra – Followers of Umbra give in to their most depraved, lustful, and morally ambiguous acts.
Darkest Day – The sky is pitch black with no stars or natural light. Followers of Umbra tend to stay indoors during this time and place themselves in the darkest environment possible to reflect on the teachings of Umbra.
The Culling Day – Followers of Umbra slay a living creature, no matter how small or large, out of respect for their Deity.
Wrath of the Dark – Followers of Umbra go out into a city and try to commit a crime without being detected.
