I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Communication Engineering Lab (CEL), led by Prof. Dr.-Ing Laurent Schmalen, at Karlsruhe Institute for Technology (KIT), Germany.
Prior to this I was a postdoctoral research associate at King's College London, United Kingdom from 12.2024-05.2025 and a research assitant since 03.2019 in the group Coding and Cryptography, led by Prof. Dr.-Ing Antonia Wachter-Zeh, at Technical University of Munich (TUM), Germany.
I obtained the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2024 from TUM, the M.Sc. degree in Communication Engineering in 2018 from TUM, and the B.Eng. degree in Information Engineering in 2016 from Southeast University, P.R.China.
An updated CV can be found here (last updated: January 15, 2025).
My research areas includes in the theory and applications of error-correction codes in classical and quantum information systems. I am particularly interested in
quantum error correction
fault-tolerant quantum computing
code constructions based on polynomials
At KCL, I was working on quantum private information retrieval in distributed quantum computing networks, supported by Platform Driving The Ultimate Connectivity (TITAN), Lighthouse 6: Quantum Networks Integration.
