If you are arriving at Arlanda Airport, there are two options of getting into T-Centralen, the central subway station: https://www.arlandaexpress.com

(Airport bus)
The airport train is faster (roughly 20 minutes), but more expensive.
Public transport
The easiest way to get to KTH from T-Centralen is to ride the Red Line towards "Mörby Centrum", and to get off at the "Tekniska Högskolan" stop. This takes about 10 minutes.
