to put on their costumes, accessories and get ready and organized for the performance.

What to Wear?

Lines

Papers with your child's line choices will go home via backpack/teacher on:  Monday, October 26th or Tuesday, October 27th, depending on which day is their music class day. Please look in your child's backpack for the paper with different line options.  Please ask your child if they want to try out for a speaking part.  Every child will be handed a paper to practice.  Students do not need to try out for a speaking part, but it is encouraged.

Tryouts will be during class on Monday, November 9th and Tuesday, November 10th.

Students that are selected to have a speaking part will have a special note that you will get from your child's teacher at Parent/Teacher Conferences.  Only a small amount of students will have a speaking part.  Every child that tries out is awesome!  The students that get a speaking part will not be discussed in class.  At the performance students will speak their memorized line into a microphone speaking at a not too fast speed and speaking clearly.
