The legacy of the creaTive Group lives on with HEATWAVE.

Founded in 2015, the creaTive Group was planned to own various IPs. The idea was ditched in December 2018. They have decided to preserve their works on here. The IPs were:

  1. Apex Recordings (was renamed to Phenomenal Records, now called Bryson Records; the record label is the only IP from the group that gained success)
  2. Creative Books Publishing
  3. creaTive Computer Entertainment (later merged into 7Killers which was then renamed to The Phoenix Project)
  4. creaTive Design
  5. creaTive Motion Entertainment
  6. The Phoenix Project (left, now independent)

Bryson Records: Providing the Best Since 2016

Bryson Records originally started as a small record label called 'Apex Recordings,' and then 'Phenomenal Records.' The Phenomenon released their debut album in early 2019 called 'Music for the Dark Ages' and the album also had an expanded edition. Bryson Records was also the chosen record label for Dise Phenomenon's solo project, called Dise. His solo project has made lots of singles, and eight albums, which are '2016', 'launchpad.', 'launchpad: deluxe.', '2017: Year in Review', 'Christmas 2018', '2018 (Includes Phoxling's debut track "Wonder")', 'The Tide' and 'paraDISE'.

Since the collapse of the creaTive Group, the label has been able to make over ten releases. After gaining revenue, since most of it was all lost in the collapse of creaTive, the label has been able to make seven releases on stores. By March 2020, the label predicts that all of their artists' previous releases will be on stores.

Creative Books Publishing

Founded in 2017, the company went with creaTive's collapse. The idea was to create books based from projects that the other creaTive IPs had, such as Lost and Dead. There were also some one-offs planned, such as the book series Typography which dived into iconic fonts, exploring who made them, how they got the idea for them, and why the featured font was so good. One book in the series was half-written, and it was called Typography of 1979. The book explored the font '1979.' Note that the idea of the book shouldn't be confused with fonts created in 1979. There was also two more books planned: Typography of Archivo Black & Typography of Comic Sans: Easy for a Younger Audience, Ridiculous for an Older Audience.

creaTive Computer Entertainment (formerly Apex Modding)

Later merged with 7Killers (which was renamed to The Phoenix Project), CCE was founded in 2016. They worked on various projects such as a modified GoldSrc engine, Half-Life mods, a game engine and a Portal mod.

These projects were:

  1. Half-Life: Opposing Force Classic — Half-Life mod (2017)
  2. Lost and Dead (only the 0.1.2.1 patch) — Half-Life mod (2017)
  3. Portal Enhanced — Portal mod (2017)
  4. Half-Life: Soundtrack Replacement Mod — Half-Life mod (2016—2017)
  5. ApexCMD — game engine (2017)
  6. Lost and Dead: The Text Game Adaptation — game [powered by ApexCMD] (2017)
  7. Wii Deleted You: The Text Game Adaptation — game [powered by ApexCMD] (2018)
  8. Grey Source — game engine, modified Half-Life engine (never released due to licensing issues with Valve Corporation)
  9. Project: Multiple Floors (never released, revival considered) — game [powered by Grey Source]

creaTive Design

creaTive Design was the first IP for the creaTive Group and was founded in late 2015. They are a logo design company and are still active today. They have been responsible for the Bryson Records and Heatwave logos. For most of 2016, the company did nothing, except for the logos for Apex Modding in August 2016, the logo for Apex Recordings in September, and the Dise logo in November 2016.

Some of their works can be found below:

creaTive Motion Entertainment

This was planned to be the video production IP for the creaTive Group. It was founded in 2017. Since the IP wasn't going anywhere, it was shut down in August 2018. In 2021, we plan to revive it for music videos for Bryson Records.
