I was co-organiser of the CALF seminar from 2024-2025, it is the junior version of the COW seminar.
I co-founded and co-organise the Nottingham mathematics PhD seminar (2024-2026) with Fraser Sparks, designed to help us celebrate our common passion for mathematics. Currently, the seminar features 30 minute talks by and for the maths PhD students at the University of Nottingham, covering any mathematical topic. For our speakers, the prompt involves designing a mathematical story whose title begins with: "What is...", which we've found to be a fun, engaging, and accessible format. Previously, we ran one hour seminars of a similar form. The seminar history is recorded below.
