Before becoming a Media Specialist, I spent over 13 years in education, earning my Bachelor's in Education from Western Governors University in 2010. I hold Level II PA and Florida teaching certifications in Elementary Education, Middle School Math, and Art, along with a Master's in Online Education from Wilkes University.
Previously, I managed over 25 Middle School Math teachers, focusing on mentoring and training while supporting school initiatives. My background also includes extensive customer service experience from my family's restaurants, emphasizing relationship-building and rapport.
Additionally, I have a sales and marketing background, having worked as a licensed real estate agent in Georgia and New York, and spent four years in the livestock transportation industry, contributing to the growth of Gray's Equine Services through customer and carrier relationship management and logistics.
