In October 2021 I signed up to Heather's group programme. With her knowledge and support I achieved more than I thought was possible in that first 8 weeks. I have continued my fatloss journey on the empowered programme, I couldn’t ask for a better coach! Heather has so much knowledge on nutrition, I’ve learned what foods I need to eat and why and she has also helped me to enjoy any food in moderation without feeling guilt.

Heather is so supportive and encouraging, she is always able to pick out the positives when I feel I’ve had a week that hasn’t gone so well and she gives great advice on how to move forward and be prepared for any obstacles that may arise.

I’ve tried several different diets in the past, special k diet, cutting out carbs, shakes, over restricting. They all helped me lose weight for a short period of time but I didn’t enjoy the process and once I went back to my normal eating I put all the weight back on and more! With the knowledge Heather has given me I can now enjoy my food, maintain my weight loss and I’m never hangry!
