Progress Tracking:
Grades or self-created report cards
Completed checklists
Learning Logs or Weekly Summaries
Pre-test/ Post-test comparisons
Curriculum Development:
Names of textbooks or programs
Names of online learning platforms
Educational apps or Courses
Attendance/Instruction Time
Calendar showing school days
Hours spent on activities

For younger grades, most things should be hands on-- just take pictures throughout the school year
Tips:
These are just ideas. Keep it simple and organized (binder or digital folder or online logins)
Label things subject and date
Just include representative samples (3-8 per subject)
Show progress over time, not perfect work. Really anything works as long as progress has been made.
