I am a licensed mental health counselor specializing in the treatment of teens, adults and survivors of trauma. I hold a Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School and Family Based Counseling. I have extensive experience treating survivors of trauma, abuse and adverse childhood experiences. My clinical experience has focused on teens and adolescents experiencing anxiety and depression, the effects of trauma, self-harm, addiction, and substance abuse. I also specialize in treating parents as they struggle through the journey of parenting emotionally affected teens. In addition to teens and their families, I treat adults struggling with attachment and abandonment trauma, those struggling with major life transitions, as well as perinatal and postpartum anxiety and depression.
