How to prepare for an online session
Confidentiality
Anything discussed during your session is entirely confidential. The healing sessions are recorded. The only time your healer would discuss your session is if they had reason to believe that a child or vulnerable adult was at risk.
1. Find a quiet room and No kids, No pets or other things bother you, you feel safe and comfortable.
3. Plug the power of the computer and make sure the signal is well.
4. Turn off all the alerts on cellphone and computer.
If you have a definite appointment, let your therapist know, so she can manage the time well.
5. Find a comfortable place to sit or rest.
If sitting, with head rest is best. Rest in bed is also good.
Any suggestions are taken if you feel like it or it is in your interest to do so.
7. Bring a tissue box with you.
Whenever tears flow, healing begins.
8. If the internet get disconnected/interrupted, session will be continued and when it is done, message will be sent. Or you can click the zoom link back in.
( Give like 1 to 2 minutes and continue the session.) In case you can't get back to the zoom session, just place a call to therapist is also workable. It doesn't happens often, and it is okay.
9. Have a good expectation and let rest unfold itself.
