Hearts in Mind Preschool

Hearts in Mind Preschool offers education to three and four year old children. As well as academics, Hearts in Mind teaches your child behavioral skills, fine motor skills and gross motor skills. Please contact our school by either calling or emailing for more information. Please download an application and either scan and email it to us or mail it to the preschool.

Please click on the registration form in order to print or save a copy of the form. Please email or mail to the preschool. As a reminder, you will need a copy of your child(ren)'s birth certificate, immunization records, and registration fee included with the registration.
