It all starts with sheets of glass and a pattern.

The glass is cut and all the pieces are put together to make the pattern.

Next comes the cutting, grinding, then copper foiling of each piece and then it's all soldered together.

It takes six hours or longer, depending on the size of the piece.

Each piece I do is unique to your specifications.
