This privacy policy applies to the Heart Monitor: Pulse Tracker app (package name:com.heartmonitor.pulse.tracker, hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Dim Bulb Games, LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Effective Date: October 20, 2026
Updated Date: October 20, 2026
This privacy policy explains how the Service Provider collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information related to you when you use the Application and its measurement records, health insights, reminder notifications, and related support services provided through in-app pages. Please read this policy carefully before using the Application. You can control some information processing through device system permissions, in-app settings, and deleting records; if you do not agree with this policy, please stop using the relevant features. If a specific feature has a separate privacy statement, the part of the separate statement that is inconsistent with this policy shall prevail.
"Personal Information" refers to information that can identify you either alone or in combination with other information; "Health Information" includes heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, height, weight, BMI, age, gender, measurement status, notes, and other information that may reflect health conditions. Health Information is considered sensitive personal information in many regions.
Personal Information Processor: Dim Bulb Games, LLC.
Contact Email: egengsc@gmail.com.
If you wish to exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, restriction of processing, or other rights granted by applicable laws, please specify your request type, the involved application features, and verifiable device information in your email. We may request reasonable identity verification information to avoid unauthorized requests.
We only process information within the scope necessary to provide the features of this Application, maintain security, and fulfill legal obligations. Specific data depends on the features you use, your device settings, and the services actually integrated into the current version. Information may include:
Camera Measurement Data
Collected when you use the camera measurement function. Includes camera feed during measurement, short image frames, pulse wave signals, measurement results, time, and signal quality. Used to complete heart rate estimation on the device, display results, and save records you choose to save.
Manual Health Records
Actively input or edited by you. Includes blood pressure, blood glucose, height, weight, BMI, age, gender, measurement status, notes, and measurement time. Used to save health logs, calculate BMI, display trends, and generate reminders.
Reminder Settings
Set by you within the app. Includes measurement time, repeat cycle, time zone, reminder switch, and notification permission status. Used to send local or system notifications and avoid duplicate reminders.
Device and Diagnostic Information
Automatically generated by the device or application. Includes device model, operating system, application version, language, time zone, crash logs, and performance information. Used to ensure compatibility, troubleshoot issues, and improve stability and security.
Usage and Advertising Information
Collected only when corresponding analytics or advertising services are actually integrated. Includes page visits, button clicks, ad impressions or clicks, advertising identifiers, rough IP information, etc. Used to measure functional usage, evaluate advertising performance, and display or limit personalized ads.
Feedback and Customer Service Information
Provided when you actively contact us. Includes emails sent by you, problem descriptions, attachments, and reply records. Used to handle consultations, failures, complaints, and rights requests.
During camera measurement, the application needs to access the camera and may use the flash to capture optical changes in the fingertip. According to the current functional design, raw camera video and image frames are in principle processed only locally on the device for a short time, and are released after the measurement is completed or cancelled. Raw video is not uploaded by default.
We use the personal information gathered through the Services for the following purposes:
To provide camera heart rate estimation, manual health records, BMI calculation, history, and trend display.
To save valid measurement results actively submitted by you as well as your edited blood pressure, blood glucose, and other health records.
To send measurement reminders according to the time and frequency you set; whether notifications are delivered depends on device, system permissions, network, and push service status.
To display health insight pages, including articles, pictures, source descriptions, and potential advertising or sponsored content.
To maintain application security, detect abnormal behavior, analyze crash causes, and improve product experience and compatibility.
To handle customer service, complaints, legal requests, and disputes, and fulfill applicable legal requirements.
Health information is only used for health records and related features that you actively use. We will not infer, announce, or provide disease diagnosis to you simply because you used heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, or BMI features.
Unless you explicitly request sharing, applicable law requires it, or it is necessary for entrusted service providers to process to provide the services you requested, we will not sell your health records to third parties, nor will we use health records for targeted advertising.
You can delete a single record or clear all records. After deletion, the minimum necessary copies retained for security, audit, backup, or legal obligations may continue to exist for a reasonable period, after which they will be deleted or anonymized according to retention policies.
Camera Permission: Used for fingertip heart rate measurement. Denying permission will not affect manual recording, health insight browsing, or some setting features that do not require a camera. You can turn off permissions in your system settings at any time.
Flash: Used to improve optical acquisition conditions during measurement. Turning off the flash may affect signal quality and measurement success rate; the application will not continue to occupy the camera or flash after measurement ends, is cancelled, switches to the background, or encounters an abnormality.
Notification Permission: Used to send measurement reminders and necessary service prompts set by you. You can turn off notifications in system settings; after turning off, in-app records and settings may still be available, but the system does not guarantee delivery of any reminders.
Storage or Photo Permissions: Used only when you actively choose to export, save, or share content.
Trusted Service Providers: Vendors providing hosting, crash analysis, customer support, push notifications, advertising, or statistics services. Service providers can only process information in accordance with our instructions and must undertake confidentiality and security obligations.
Advertising and Analytics Partners: May receive device identifiers, ad impressions or clicks, app events, and other information only when related SDKs are actually integrated and enabled. Advertising partners should not receive your health records unless you explicitly authorize it or applicable law permits and we have made necessary disclosures.
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

No results should replace doctor diagnosis, laboratory testing, prescriptions, or emergency medical services. If you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, syncope, abnormal consciousness, or other emergency symptoms, please contact local emergency services immediately.
