Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services offered by Neurotrybe Coaching, a service offered by Heartlogic Inc.

Welcome to Neurotrybe Coaching. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our coaching services, website, and related content. By booking a session, purchasing a package, a course, other educational material or accessing our materials, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services Provided 

Heartlogic Inc/ Neurotrybe Coaching provides educational materials, coaching services, amd digital resources designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, and skill development. 

Coaching, educational materials and digital resources are not a substitute for mental health therapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or crisis services. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

2. Eligibility 

Services and digital products are available to individuals 18 years and older. 

By purchasing products or booking services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Booking and Cancellations (Coaching Services) 

Coaching Sessions must be scheduled through the designated booking system.

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours (2 business days) notice. 

Appointments cancelled with less than 2 business days' notice, or missed appointments, may be counted as completed sessions or forfeited according to the terms of the coaching package. 

This policy helps maintain consistent scheduling and availability for all clients.

4. Payments and Refund Policy 

Coaching Services

Payment for coaching services is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

Refunds for coaching packages or individual sessions may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided no sessions have been attended.

If sessions have already been used within the 7 day window, refunds may be prorated based on the full single-session rate rather than discounted package rate. 

Coaching packages are non-transferable. 

5. Coaching Package Completion Timeline

Coaching packages are designed to support consistent progress and engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Six-session coaching packages are intended to be completed within four (4) months of the first scheduled session.

• Twelve-session coaching packages are intended to be completed within six (6) months of the first scheduled session.

Unused sessions beyond this timeframe may be considered forfeited at the discretion of Heartlogic / NeuroTrybe.

This policy helps ensure continuity, momentum, and availability for all clients.

6. Digital products 

Digital products, downloadable resources, and online mayterials are delivered immediately upon purchase.

Because access to digital materials is provided instantly, all sales of digital products are final.

Refunds, returns or exchanges cannot be issued one access to the materials has been granted. 

By purchasing digital products from this site, you acknowledge that you will receive immediate access and therefore waive any right to request a refund. 

7. Use of Materials

All digital products, educational materials, worksheets, guides, and course content are provided for personal use only.

These materials may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared publicly without written permission.

Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of materials is prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

Coaching conversations are treated as private and confidential to the extent permitted by law.

However, coaching services are not therapy and are not subject to HIPAA regulations.

Information may be disclosed if required by law or if there is risk of harm to yourself or others.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and take reasonable measures to protect personal information shared through this website, coaching services, or purchases.

Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except when necessary to provide services (such as payment processors or scheduling platforms).

8. Limitation of Liability

Educational materials and coaching services are intended to provide guidance and personal development support.

Results may vary, and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

By using these services or purchasing digital products, you agree that Heartlogic / NeuroTrybe is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of these materials or services.

10. Modifications to Terms
