Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services offered by Neurotrybe Coaching, a service offered by Heartlogic Inc.
Effective Date: August 20, 2026

Welcome to Neurotrybe Coaching. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our coaching services, website, and related content. By booking a session, purchasing a package, a course, other digital educational material, or accessing our materials, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services Provided
Heartlogic Inc / Neurotrybe Coaching provides educational materials, coaching services, and digital resources designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, and skill development.
Coaching, educational materials, and digital resources are not a substitute for mental health therapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or crisis services. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

2. Eligibility
Services and digital products are available to individuals 18 years and older.
By purchasing products or booking services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Our Offerings
Neurotrybe currently offers the following, each governed by the specific terms below in addition to the general terms of this document:

• The Honest Communicator's Field Guide (and future titles in this script guide series) — a self-paced digital download, delivered immediately upon purchase.

• Bandwidth Lab: Full Container — a 1:1 coaching package consisting of 5 live sessions held on a biweekly cadence.

• Bandwidth Lab: Async — a self-paced digital program with no live or group sessions.

4. Booking and Cancellations (Bandwidth Lab: Full Container)
Coaching sessions must be scheduled through the designated booking system.
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 3 business days' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 3 business days' notice, or missed appointments, may be counted as completed sessions or forfeited according to the terms of the coaching package.
This policy helps maintain consistent scheduling and availability for all clients.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

5.1 — Digital Products (Field Guide, Bandwidth Lab: Async, and future digital titles)
Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because access is provided instantly, all sales of digital products are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be issued once access to the materials has been granted. By purchasing a digital product from this site, you acknowledge that you will receive immediate access and therefore waive any right to request a refund.

5.2 — Bandwidth Lab: Full Container
The Full Container is offered as a single payment of $2,997, due in full at the time of enrollment. Refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided no sessions have been attended. If a session has already been attended within that 7-day window, any refund issued will be prorated based on the full single-session rate rather than the discounted package rate. The Full Container is non-transferable.

5.3 — Third-Party Payment Plans (Klarna, PayPal, or similar)
Neurotrybe does not offer self-funded, in-house payment plans. However, clients may choose to pay through a third-party financing service such as Klarna or PayPal, where available at checkout. Any installment agreement created through these services is strictly between the client and the third-party provider — Neurotrybe / Heartlogic Inc. receives payment in full at the time of purchase regardless of how the client chooses to finance it. Neurotrybe's refund policy (Section 5.1 and 5.2 above) governs a client's eligibility for a refund independent of their chosen payment method. If a refund is issued by Neurotrybe, the client remains solely responsible for any ongoing obligations to their third-party lender, and Neurotrybe is not responsible for coordinating, reversing, or otherwise managing that separate financing agreement.

6. Bandwidth Lab: Full Container — Session Cadence and Completion Timeline
The Full Container's 5 sessions are held on a biweekly cadence. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the package is intended to be completed within five (5) months of the first scheduled session, allowing a reasonable buffer for rescheduling. Unused sessions beyond this timeframe may be considered forfeited at the discretion of Heartlogic / Neurotrybe.
This policy helps ensure continuity, momentum, and availability for all clients.

7. Use of Materials
All digital products, educational materials, worksheets, guides, and course content are provided for personal use only. These materials may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared publicly without written permission. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of materials is prohibited.

8. Confidentiality
Coaching conversations are treated as private and confidential to the extent permitted by law. However, coaching services are not therapy and are not subject to HIPAA regulations. Information may be disclosed if required by law or if there is risk of harm to yourself or others.

9. Privacy
We respect your privacy and take reasonable measures to protect personal information shared through this website, coaching services, or purchases. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except when necessary to provide services (such as payment processors, financing partners, or scheduling platforms).

10. Limitation of Liability
Educational materials and coaching services are intended to provide guidance and personal development support. Results may vary, and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes. By using these services or purchasing digital products, you agree that Heartlogic / Neurotrybe is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of these materials or services.

12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting. Continued use of our services, programs, or digital products after updates are posted indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which Heartlogic / Neurotrybe operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Disclaimer
All content, coaching services, courses, and digital materials provided by Neurotrybe Coaching are intended for educational and personal development purposes only. Coaching services and materials are not therapy and are not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, or crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or require clinical care, please seek support from a licensed healthcare provider or appropriate emergency services.
