“Heartily ours” upholds the essence of counseling - a professional relationship between a counselor and a counselee working together towards adjustment, development, and empowerment. As “ours” is a journey of accompaniment, it also offers a personalized counseling service that is “heartily yours” to facilitate conversations of the mind and heart as avenues for self-understanding.
HISTORY
Growing up, my family has inculcated a heart of service through various advocacies and organizations involving children, youth, families, vulnerable individuals and those in the peripheries of life. These inspired me to create projects and pursue a helping profession. Heartilyours blossomed as a result of such passion and I will be forever grateful to my family whose acronym (ART) is embedded in this mission. Established in 2022, it is my hope to be able to assist you in a journey of blooming wherever you are meant to be in life.

Alyanna Therese P. Keene, also known as "Trish" is a registered guidance counselor, psychometrician and licensed teacher committed to advocating mental health and the holistic well-being of children, youth, families and the clergy. Her mission is to serve as an instrument of evangelization through counseling services, speaking engagements, retreat facilitation and training program moderation.
She specializes in counseling children, adolescents and young adults, fostering their personal growth and development. Beyond her professional pursuits, Trish indulges in creating cherished memories, capturing moments with purposeful travel and leaving a positive impact wherever she goes.
Balancing the traits of an ambivert, she frolics in quality time spent with loved ones and the tranquility of nature. She ardently pursues continuous self-development. This is complemented with a keen aptitude for organization, ensuring efficiency in various aspects of her life. Trish's diverse pursuits encompass a love for reading, enthusiasm for hiking, underwater exploration, a passion for dance, as well as an appreciation for music and the arts.
