Heart & Soul Community Services (H&SCS) provides free, community-based programs that support individuals and families in developing real-life skills and building stronger foundations for the future.

Our mission is simple — to meet people where they are, offering encouragement, education, and empowerment that uplifts both heart and soul.

We offer a variety of free services including resume assistance, financial budget coaching, HAM radio certification, and community resource support. Each program is designed to help individuals grow in confidence, self-sufficiency, and hope.
