3. AI Wellness Assistant and AI Features
The app may provide AI-powered wellness assistant, chat, and image generation features.
When you use AI features, the text you enter, prompts, recent conversation context, and relevant wellness context used by the app may be sent to third-party AI service providers to generate responses or images.
AI responses are provided for general wellness, habit tracking, self-care, and informational purposes only. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance.
AI chat history may be stored locally on your device so you can review, export, or delete it where supported. AI-generated image prompts and generated image results or URLs may be processed by the relevant AI service provider.
You should not enter emergency medical information or highly sensitive information into AI chat features.
4. Audio Recording Features
If you use sleep audio recording or custom sleep sound features, the app may request microphone permission.
Audio recordings you create are used to provide the recording feature and are generally stored locally on your device unless you choose to export, share, or otherwise back them up.
You can delete locally stored recordings through the app where supported or by clearing app data.
5. Notifications
If you choose to enable notifications, the app may use notification permission to send:
