How to submit

1. Send us a DM on Instagram (@heartnovahj) of your topic and why you want to submit (1-2 sentences)

2. Include your name and school level when submitting (we accept submissions from those in 8th grade and up)

3. Submissions are open both internationally and locally

4. Once your topic has been approved (usually takes 1-3 days), you will be given instructions on how to send your article
