Support Plan
A support plan is different to a Student Success Plan (SSP).
A support plan is created with the Homeroom Teacher, Parent, and Student (when applicable).
The purpose of the support plan is to provide support for a student who may not need SST assistance but is requiring support in the classroom and/or at home.
It is a written agreement between parents and the teacher to commit to helping the student.

A homework contract is an agreement that outlines what a parent and their child will do to make sure homework gets done on time and well. It can help students to develop good study habits and become more independent learners. Homework contracts can also outline rewards and consequences for students when they follow or don’t follow their part of the contract. Consider talking to parents about using this for students who are not turning in their homework.
