Our project services include advice and consulting for LEED, FITWEL, WELL, LBC, and general consulting for healthier, more sustainable buildings.

We are currently seeking opportunities to partner with project teams on the LEED Credit - Integrative Process for Health Promotion.

We have conducted hundreds of hours of accredited learning sessions on multiple aspects of healthy and sustainable design and practice. We develop a comprehensive training plan for project teams, owners and entire offices. Training is designed to build background knowledge, provide tools for implementation and identify immediate actions for improvement in subject matter areas in order to promote quick adoption and tangible results.

Healthy & Sustainable Design Fundamentals:    Popular design topics include public health, sustainable design, wellness in the built environment, lactation room design, healthy materials, certification system selection, client communication.

Design Practice Leadership:    Firm leaders faced with the changing conditions of the profession, rely on our strategy and culture change offerings.  We specialize in training and coaching on leadership, employee recognition, performance management, business strategy alignment, equity/inclusion and developing a positive practice culture. 

C-suite leadership and emerging design professionals rely on us for one-on-one career strategy and professional development coaching. Conversations focus on identifying desired outcomes and charting a path to reach professional goals.
