As we continue working through the current CHIPP, various successes, lessons learned and overall improvement will continue to occur. Healthy People Portage County (HPPC) will review accomplishments throughout the year which will be highlighted within annual reports.

In March of 2024, the new CHIPP was approved by the Portage County Health and Human Services Board. Though it had not yet been a full year since the approval of the CHIPP, by the end of 2024 there were various successes which we can celebrate in Portage County!
