Submission

Submission Guidelines:

The submitted papers should describe original work and be no more than 6 pages in the IEEE double-column proceedings format, including tables, figures, and references.

The manuscript template for IEEE conference proceedings can be found for download at: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html 

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper. Only registered and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings. 

Accepted papers will be included in the proceedings of  ISCC 2025, of which ICTS4eHealth conference is a co-located event, and will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore. The ICTSeHealth and ISCC proceedings have been indexed in the past by ISI, DBLP, and Scopus databases.
