By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is intended for general audiences and may be used by individuals of all ages.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not sublicense, sell, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law.
You agree not to use the App to:

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or bypass security features
Reverse engineer or copy the App
Upload malware or harmful code

The App may integrate with Apple Health (HealthKit) if you choose to grant permission.
You control what health data the App can access. You may revoke permissions at any time in the Apple Health app or iOS Settings.
We do not sell, rent, or use HealthKit data for advertising or marketing purposes.
Health Matrix provides wellness tracking, metrics, and informational insights only.
The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
The App does not provide medical, clinical, or professional healthcare advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions based on information provided by the App.
Do not use the App in medical emergencies. If you require urgent medical attention, contact emergency services immediately.
You may enter personal or wellness information into the App (“User Data”).
You retain ownership of your User Data.
By entering data into the App, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to:
Provide health tracking features
Generate insights
Maintain security
Improve app functionality
You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide.
If the App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases:
Payments are processed through your Apple ID via the App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Prices and availability may change.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited upon subscription purchase.
We do not store or process your payment information.
The App, including its software, design, features, trademarks, and content (excluding User Data), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you:

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Reliance on health data or insights
Technical interruptions or errors
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website.
Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
