The App offers optional account registration. Depending on your usage, we may collect:
When You Use the App Without an Account:
No personal data is collected.
When You Register an Account:
Personal Information: Name, email address (for authentication and account management).
Country Selection (Required): You must select your country during registration. This information is used for internal analytics and content customization but does not include real-time location tracking.
Login Credentials: Securely stored authentication data.
When You Download a Module (Optional Location Tracking):
Approximate Location Data: Users can choose to allow location tracking when downloading a module.
No Personally Identifiable Information is Collected: Location data is not linked to user accounts, names, emails, or devices.
Purpose of Collection: The location data is used exclusively by WiRED International to track potential disease outbreaks and improve global health education accessibility.
No Third-Party Sharing: The collected data is not shared with advertisers, external analytics platforms, or third parties.
We use collected data for:
Authentication & Account Management: To allow login and user identification.
Analytics & Localization: Understanding user demographics and tailoring content based on country selection.
Security & Compliance: Ensuring a safe and secure user experience.
Public Health Insights (Optional Location Tracking): If users opt in, approximate location data is used solely by WiRED International to monitor potential disease trends and improve educational outreach.
External Storage Access: To download and store health education modules offline.
Internet Access: Required for account login, registration, and module downloads.
Location Access (Optional): Users may opt in to share approximate location data when downloading a module. This data is not linked to any personal details.
WiRED International takes data protection seriously:
No real-time GPS tracking: The app does not collect live location updates.
User Anonymity: Location tracking is separate from account details, ensuring user privacy.
Secure authentication: Encrypted credentials for login.
No unauthorized data sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share personal data with third parties.
Users can delete their account directly from within the App.
Upon deletion, all associated personal data (name, email, country selection) will be permanently removed from our servers.

Data Retention:
Some non-personally identifiable data (such as anonymized usage statistics or location-based health trends) may be retained for analytical or public health purposes.
However, no personally identifiable information will be stored after account deletion.
Users have the option to request the deletion of some or all of their personal data without deleting their account.
This includes removing specific personal details such as name, email, or country selection while maintaining account access.

Once a request is received, we will process the deletion within 30 days and confirm via email.
The App does not integrate third-party tracking or advertising services.
If authentication services (e.g., Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In) are used, they adhere to their own privacy policies.
Location data collected is used only by WiRED International and is not shared externally.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected with a new "Effective Date."
