1.1. PURPOSE: HealthIsWealth is an AI-powered fitness, wellness, and calorie tracking platform. 

1.2. SCOPE: This policy governs your user profile, active wellness parameters, physical attributes, and device integrations. 

1.3. CONSENT: By downloading and using HealthIsWealth, you explicitly consent to the collection and data handling practices outlined in this policy.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1. ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS (FIREBASE AUTHENTICATION): • Registered email address. • Unique Firebase User ID (UID). • Profile photo URL (if uploaded by the user).

2.2. USER PROFILE AND BIOMETRICS: • First name or username. • Self-reported age and gender. • Height and weight parameters (supporting Metric and US standard units). • INTENDED USE: Used exclusively to calculate Body Mass Index (BMI) and generate personalized fitness suggestions.

2.3. HEALTH AND FITNESS LOGS (ANDROID HEALTH CONNECT): With your explicit, opt-in permission, our application reads and writes synchronized health attributes: • STEPS: Daily step count tracking. • SLEEP: Sleep cycle duration and sleep window times. • HYDRATION: Manually logged water intake (in milliliters). • ENERGY: Calories burned during active exercise and TDEE.

2.4. AI MEAL SCAN DATA: • CAMERA IMAGES: Transient capture of food images for real-time nutritional scanning. • SECURE PROCESSING: Photos are securely transmitted via encrypted HTTPS connection to advanced AI vision models. • RETENTION LIMIT: Images are processed in-memory and are NEVER stored permanently on third-party AI databases.

2.5. PERFORMANCE DIAGNOSTICS AND APP ANALYTICS: • FIREBASE CRASHLYTICS: Collects anonymous stack traces and crash reports. • GOOGLE ANALYTICS: Gathers aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics to optimize user experience.

2.6. IN-APP PURCHASE RECORDS: • Premium tier transactions are handled exclusively by GOOGLE PLAY BILLING. • We do not collect, view, or retain any credit card numbers, billing addresses, or banking information.

3. HEALTH CONNECT - LIMITED USE DISCLOSURE

Our integration with Google Health Connect adheres strictly to the Health Connect Permissions Policy, including all Limited Use requirements:

3.1. FUNCTIONAL EXCLUSIVITY: We only use Health Connect data to populate your personal health dashboard and generate custom fitness or meal guidelines. 

3.2. NO COMMERCIALIZATION: We NEVER sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal health data to third parties, advertising networks, data brokers, or insurance companies. 

3.3. ZERO ADVERTISING INTEGRATION: Your health and fitness parameters are strictly kept separate from advertising servers and user profiling trackers. 

3.4. SECURE TRANSFERS: We do not transfer your data to external services except as required to fulfill core app functions, satisfy legal compliance, or in case of safe organizational acquisition with explicit user notification.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We utilize the collected statistics and logs to: • Maintain and synchronize your fitness account across multiple devices securely. 

• Store personalized 7-day workout routines, meal plans, and BMI history inside secure Cloud Firestore. 

• Send personalized push notifications, hydration reminders, and workout cues via Firebase Cloud Messaging. 

• Adapt CJ AI Coach suggestions based on your logged calorie and step counts.

5. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER AND NON-MEDICAL USE

5.1. INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY: HealthIsWealth is NOT a clinical or medical application. 

5.2. NO PROFESSIONAL SUBSTITUTE: All suggestions, calculated calorie counts, BMI analysis, and conversations with CJ AI Coach are generated by artificial intelligence. They DO NOT constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical treatment. 

5.3. MANDATORY ACTION REQUIRED: Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or healthcare provider before initiating any new diet program, fitness challenge, or hydration goal.

6. REQUESTED SYSTEM PERMISSIONS

The app requires the following platform permissions to operate properly: 

• HEALTH CONNECT ACCESS: To read/write active metrics (Steps, Sleep, Water, Calories). 

• CAMERA PERMISSION: To snap meal photos for the instant AI macro scanner. 

• NOTIFICATIONS (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): To receive scheduled meal and hydration reminder triggers. 

• INTERNET ACCESS: To establish secure communication with Firebase systems and nutritional APIs.

7. DATA RETENTION, REVOCATION AND DELETION

You retain absolute control over your personal data:

7.1. INSTANT DELETION: You can permanently delete your user account and all stored Firestore data instantly via Settings -> Delete Account inside the app. 

7.2. MANUAL REQUESTS: You may request complete personal data removal by contacting us directly at: yasir5295@gmail.com 

7.3. PERMISSION REVOCATION: You can revoke Health Connect synchronization permissions at any time through your Android OS system settings.
