Welcome to HealthifyScan ("App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By accessing or using HealthifyScan, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this App.

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the App.

2.2 Features and Functionality

• HealthifyScan allows users to scan food and cosmetic product labels for AI-driven ingredient analysis.

• Free users are limited to five (5) scans per day, as determined by TimeAPI.io.

• The App supports subscription-based premium features managed through RevenueCat.

3. User Accounts and Security

• If you choose to purchase premium features, you may be required to provide payment details through RevenueCat.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and data.

• We use Keychain for securely storing scan limits and timestamps.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Subscription services are processed through RevenueCat.

• Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

• You may manage or cancel your subscription through your app store settings.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

• We collect anonymized usage data via Firebase Analytics.

• We use Firebase Crashlytics to monitor app performance and stability.

• AI processing is conducted through OpenAI API and Open Router API.

6. Limitation of Liability

• HealthifyScan provides ingredient analysis based on AI algorithms but does not guarantee medical or health accuracy.

• We are not liable for any health-related decisions made based on the App’s results.

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Modifications and Termination

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with continued use constituting acceptance of changes.

• We may suspend or terminate access to the App for any violation of these Terms.
