Submission Categories
Pecha Kucha Presentations (Podium presentations)
Content: Share innovative projects, initiatives, or research that highlight the role of arts and humanities in health professions education.
Format: This concise, dynamic, and visually engaging format allows presenters to share information through images, rather than text. Pecha Kucha relies upon the 20x20 rule, where each presentation consists of 20 slides (not including title and end slides), and each slide is displayed for only 20 seconds, automatically progressing to the next one. This results in a total presentation time of 6 minutes and 40 seconds. If accepted for presentation, we will ask that presenters submit their slides one week prior to the conference, as all presenter slides will be integrated into one presentation to improve flow between presenters.
