This time last year, I launched the Homecoming program which was my first program designed to help women heal their relationships with food, their bodies, and exercise. And the evolution they experienced was bigger than I could have planned for.

Not only did they lose weight, but they gained clarity, body trust, better body image, and sustainable habits that are still serving them today.

So I took this framework, built it out further, and made it make sense for busy nurses. Because after helping over 40 nurses lose weight, build systems that fit their busy lives, and heal from burnout with 1:1 coaching this past year - I knew I wanted to build program that had an even bigger reach.

I want you to imagine what’s possible in 12 weeks. You have already spent years trying to hate yourself healthy, and that has not worked.

In one month, you will start to feel results. You’ll have to tie your scrubs a little tighter, and the flights of stairs will come a little easier.

Inside these 12 weeks, we are going to completely change the way you approach nutrition, movement, and mental health as a busy nurse with little time to spare

How much time will this require every week?

I always strive to make my programs SIMPLE, so know that everything inside HH can be enjoyed at your own pace.

The modules each week will be about 30 minutes in total, and calls will be about 60 minutes in length. All calls will be recorded and you'll have access to modules even beyond the 12 weeks.

I like to do a specific diet (keto, IF, Vegan, etc), can I still do this program?

For sure! I want you to find a system that works for you! I will not be prescribing specific diets or rules for what to eat, because I believe in a non-restrictive approach to nutrition. So if you enjoy a certain way of eating, you can continue and still benefit from this program! 

I actually don't even know if I want to be a nurse anymore, can you help me with that?

HECK YES! In our 1:1 calls together, we can include more career focused coaching to help get you through that process! This isn't just about your health, it's about you career as well. We are building lives, bodies, and CAREERS we love.

I am struggling with burnout, will this program help me?

This is actually a big reason why I wanted to build this program in the first place. After recovering from my own experience with burnout, I knew I wanted to help other nurses prevent it and move through it. There will be a TON of mental health support included in this program, and skills that will support you in the long run.

Ashley O’Connor is a Registered Nurse turned health and fitness coach FOR nurses who specializes in building simple, flexible programs that fit into crazy lifestyles. 


She is on a mission to bridge the gap between intuitive eating and dieting, challenge the status quo in the health industry, and help healthcare workers put themselves first.
