Release of LiabilityYou hereby release, waive, and discharge Healthcare Corner, Trend Setters Club, its owners, coaches, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, damage, or loss that may occur as a result of your participation in this program.

IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healthcare Corner and Trend Setters Club from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation or misuse of the program.
