Health Bell – Medicine Reminder (“Health Bell”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. To provide medication reminders, the App may store:
Medicine name

Instructions (such as before food or after food)

This data is primarily stored locally on your device.
If you are signed in, the information may optionally be synchronized with cloud storage for backup purposes.
When you respond to reminders, the App may record:
Dose status (Taken, Snoozed, or Missed)
Response time
Reminder interactions
This data is used to provide medication history and adherence tracking.
If you submit feedback through the App, we may receive:
Ratings or feedback categories
Optional written comments
App version and device platform information included in the feedback
This information is used solely to improve the application.
The App may use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements.

Health Bell does not use medication or health data for advertising purposes.
If you sign in, the App uses Google Firebase services, including:
Firebase Authentication
Firebase Firestore database

If you choose to upload a profile photo:
The image is processed and compressed on your device.
It may be stored using a secure third-party storage service such as Cloudinary.
Only the image URL is stored in our database.
Use of such services is governed by the respective provider’s privacy policy.

Manage profiles and medication schedules

Account authentication is managed by Firebase Authentication
Profile and medication data may be stored in Firebase Firestore
Profile photo files may be stored by a third-party storage provider
All communication with cloud services uses secure encrypted connections (HTTPS).
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
However, we may share data with trusted service providers necessary to operate the App.
These may include:
Google (Firebase and AdMob) for authentication, cloud database services, and advertisements
Image storage providers (such as Cloudinary) for profile photo hosting

Users have control over their information.
You can use the App without creating an account. In this case, most data remains stored only on your device.
You may add, edit, or delete profiles and medications directly within the App.
You can disable notifications or alarm permissions through your device settings.
Please note that disabling these permissions may affect reminder functionality.
You can manage advertising preferences through your device settings (for example, disabling personalized ads).

Data stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the App.
If you sign in, synchronized data may remain on our cloud services until you delete it or request account removal.
Feedback emails may be stored temporarily for support and product improvement purposes.

Encryption of data in transit
Secure authentication systems
Restricted access to backend systems
However, no method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such data is discovered, we will delete it promptly.
