Hourly Studio Rental Rate: $50

Minimum Rental for Studio: 2 hours

Maximum Rental for Studio: 6 hours

Hourly Book Store Rental Rate: $75

Minimum Rental for Studio: 2 hours

Maximum Rental for Studio: 6 hours

Gold Rental Package: $100/hour 

Studio Rental including 7 foot pink velvet, vintage couch, access to private bathroom, rug of your choice

Silver Rental Package: $80/hour

Studio Rental including 4 foot green velvet couch, access to private bathroom, rug of your choice

Bronze Rental Package: $70/hour

Studio Rental including 2 foot orange arm chair or single green arm chair, rug to private bathroom, carpet of your choice

Studio lighting and other equipment is not provided. Outlets and wifi can be assessible with assistance from studio assistant. Parking is available in a free lot down the street from the studio, temporary drop off parking is permitted outside of building on the street. Damage to property will be paid at the expense of the renter. Contracts are required for rental. Rental of bookstore with perks of packages (couches and rugs) can be made on case to case basis.
