Healing Hearts 815 is a non-denominational grief support group for youth grades 6 and up. It is led by local educator Elizabeth Hand. Elizabeth experienced the loss of her sister at age 15 and knows first hand the importance of a support group for young people to process their grief. Healing Hearts will meet from 4-5 p.m. on the first Sunday of the month beginning May 2, 2021 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 4401 Highcrest Rd, Rockford, IL 61107
