Cancellation Info
Cancellations - they happen! But, they are considered "late" when the customer does not cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations will result in the customer being charged a fee of 50% the session price via Vagaro.Â
Missed appointments - when the customer misses their scheduled appointment without cancelling or rescheduling. The customer will be charged 50% of the price of the requested service via Vagaro.
Provider cancellation - If, for any reason the provider has to cancel your scheduled appointment, the provider will notify the customer as soon as possible and will work with you to reschedule- or the customer will receive a full refund.
