Class: Yoga for Lifelong Strength

It’s never too early to start building lifeloning wellness across the lifespan. In this class, you will learn specific practices, rooted in yoga, that increase bone density, improve balance, reduce stress, and build strength and power. These are practices you can take with you and use in the studio, in the gym, and in a home practice.

A 500-hour certified Ashtanga and Vinyasa teacher, Jenya embodies the essence of her teacher’s words: “Yoga is not merely what you do, but who you are.” Through her offerings, she invites you into that lived experience — one of balance, strength, and inner connection.

Sound Bath

Norah is gong certified, Reiki II certified, & has been offering sound healing since around 2014. At this event, she’ll be selling her soap & other creations, offering hand henna art & will be facilitating a gongbath with didgeridoo & drum at 12:15pm.
Weekly, Norah offers Soundbaths at various locations. Oceanair Salt Caves, Masjah, & Hot Yoga East Dennis.
Wilde Awake Band

Yoga Flow

join Ayanna and Lindsay of B FREE Wellness for a 30-minute yoga flow class. This trauma-informed class is designed to reconnect you with your body through mindful movement, breath, and grounding practices in a supportive space. Expect an all levels accessible class with an emphasis on nervous system regulation and a welcoming and inclusive community centered approach.
Neuroscience and Seikrid Breathwork

She’s guided over 1000 Breathwork Ceremonies with over hundreds of individuals. Her approach weaves breathwork, nervous system mastery, and ceremony into powerful, life-changing experiences.
Ashley Woodworth & Dani Rearden
Sound Bath

Ashley Woodworth is a yoga teacher, meditation guide, and space-holder devoted to helping others remember their divinity and innate capacity for healing and transformation. Through yoga, philosophy, ceremony, and sacred sound practice, she creates environments where the nervous system softens and the heart opens. Her work invites participants to experience themselves not as separate beings seeking harmony, but as living expressions of it.
Dani Reardon & Ashley Woodworth

Dani is a Sound Practitioner, Yoga teacher, and Ceremony facilitator. Connecting with, and loving her tribe is her superpower, and one of the favorite things she gets to do. After her career as a professional athlete, she discovered the world of yoga, plant medicine, and the infinite possibilities available through sound. If she is not on the cape, she is studying in Arizona and Peru with her teachers. Music is at the heart of everything she does. Her life has completely changed now that she can create her own music and sounds, while actually being helpful to the community, receiving it.

Ayurveda Lecture

Niki Kellett of Pilates With Purpose will be offering a lecture on “Ayurveda: Ancient Wisdom for Modern Life,” an accessible introduction to the foundations of this time-honored system of holistic wellness.
With over 1,000 hours of training as an Ayurvedic practitioner, Niki brings both depth and clarity to this exploration of Ayurveda.
Attendees will explore the basics of Ayurveda, including the doshas, personalized approaches to wellbeing, and practical tools for creating greater balance in daily life.
Sheree Asdot
Feminine Embodiment

Embodiment Coach, Sheree Asdot, is a Reiki Master Teacher and a Certified Hypnotist. She has studied energy medicine for over 25 years. As an oracle for awakening the Sacred Feminine and teacher of Goddess Spirituality, her unique blend of energy medicine focuses on divine mothering and channeling the energy of the sacred feminine for deep, heart centered healing. Mimi Ikle-Khalsa
The Ocean Within

She will begin with a layman explanation of the Craniosacral system, the purpose of CSF and a general explanation of Craniosacral therapy.
Then she will lead participants through a guided meditation to feel their own Craniosacral rhythm and finish with suggestions on how to use this knowledge to heal oneself.

Inner Child Healing Meditation

Janna Scheier is the founder of Mindful Moon. She holds a Master’s Certificate in Mindfulness Studies from Lesley University, and she strives to share her experiences with like-minded people.
Janna has been practicing mindfulness and meditation for over a decade, and is passionate about helping people find inner peace and ease in their everyday lives. She guides those to observe thoughts, sensations, and experiences with non-judgmental awareness.

Melissa will be offering a workshop to introduce one of the basic principles in Ayurveda: knowing what your unique blueprint is and how the elements manifest themselves through our body type, mental states, and emotional tendencies. We will discuss the five elements, the three doshas, take a dosha quiz, and learn about what lifestyle practices and foods will best support your body type. Come prepared to fall in love with Ayurveda!

The Headlong Wave, Meditation for Real Life

The Headlong Wave is a concept borrowed from the ocean — the understanding that life's most intense moments are not obstacles to navigate around, but waves to move with. When we learn to breathe into resistance rather than brace against it, everything changes.

Led by Andrew Viselli — educator, meditation teacher, certified Transformational Breathwork practitioner, Reiki practitioner, and coach with nearly three decades of experience supporting people through real change.

Art Therapy Workshop

This class is an art-therapy-based experience where folks are invited to creatively express a latent question or unfolding theme in their lives. The process begins with bioenergetic and conscious movement practices, accompanied by music, and continues through creative flow using a variety of materials such as watercolor, acrylic paint, collage, clay, and oil pastels. She is a Brazilian art therapist and artist currently living in Truro.
