A: Download Healfy from the App Store, open the app, and follow the on-screen instructions

Q: What health data does Healfy access?
A: Healfy only accesses the health data you authorize from Apple's Health app. You can review and modify these permissions at any time in Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices.
Q: Does Healfy store my health data on external servers?
A: No. All your data remains on your device
Q: Do I need to create an account to use Healfy? A: No. Healfy does not require registration or an account. The app works entirely with data stored on your device through HealthKit.

Q: Why does Healfy request access to the Health app?
A: Healfy needs access to HealthKit to read and display your health data in an organized way. Without this permission, the app cannot function properly.
Q: Does Healfy work without an Internet connection?
A: Yes. Healfy works completely offline since it accesses data stored locally on your device.
Q: Is Healfy compatible with Apple Watch?
A: Yes, Healfy can display data synced from Apple Watch through the Health app

Q: How do I update the data shown in Healfy?
A: Data updates automatically when Apple's Health app records new information. You can also pull down on the main screen to manually refresh.
Q: Can I export my data from Healfy?
A: Your data is already in Apple's Health app, from where you can export it directly.
Q: What should I do if data doesn't appear correctly?
A: Verify that you have granted the necessary permissions in Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > Healfy. If the problem persists, restart the app or your device.
Q: The app is not working properly. What should I do?
